1. Definitions
WeV Danse: SAS with capital of €2,000, domiciled at 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 930 648 969
Danse Cabaret Academy: trademark operated on the Site by WeV Danse
Credit: Unit of measurement used to assign a value to each of our services
Service: Refers to all the activities offered by WeV Danse. Each service is assigned a value in number of credits, a value indicated on the service calendar and during booking.
Product: sets of products offered for sale on the site
Teacher: all the speakers leading the activities
Studio: Physical locations where courses are given for the various services
Course: service organized in a studio on a regular basis over time
Internship: service organized in a studio on an ad hoc basis
E-learning: online teaching platform accessible via subscription
Customer: any person, natural or legal, having made a Purchase on the Site
Reservation: any reservation for one of the Services made by a Customer on the Site
Gift Cards: Purchase voucher valid on the entire site and transferable from one Customer to another
Course/internship card: Product providing a Client with a set number of credits to use to purchase Services
Online subscription: Product providing access to E-learning
2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of services offered by WeV Danse (hereinafter "We" or "the Seller") on the website dansecabaretacademy.com (hereinafter "the Site"). By purchasing our services, you unreservedly accept these GTC. Please read them carefully before making any purchase. The GTC are applicable to all Customers and to all Services. The GTC may be modified at any time and without notice by WeV Danse.
3. Identification data
The Customer is required to provide true and accurate information when registering on the Site. The Customer agrees to modify their personal information directly on the Site or to notify us of any changes.
In the case of registration of a minor, his/her legal representative undertakes to supervise the registration and the telephone and email contact details are those of the latter.
4. Prices and Payments
a. Price
Course prices are quoted in euros and include all applicable taxes. Any additional fees (e.g., transaction fees) will be specified before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
b. Payment
Payment is to be made directly on our website or can be arranged by contacting us at info@dansecabaretacademy.com. All payments will be invoiced. Online payments on the Website are handled and secured by Stripe. WeV Danse also accepts payments by bank transfer or check (upon prior request to info@dansecabaretacademy.com).
6. E-learning subscription
The e-learning platform subscription is non-binding. Cancellation can be requested at any time, but will not result in a refund for the current month.
7. Purchases and reservations
To access the Services, the Customer must make a Purchase on the Site, then proceed with a Reservation. Product Purchases are made by each Customer for individual and personal use, with the exception of gift cards, which may be transferred to another Customer. The Products are nominative and may not be transferred to third parties, whether free of charge or for a fee. The Services, Products, prices, and promotional offers offered are only valid as long as they are visible on the Site and subject to availability. If a Service is unavailable after a Purchase, WeV Danse will inform the Customer by email and cancel the Purchase. The Customer will then be reimbursed as soon as possible.
8. Reservations, Withdrawals, Cancellations and Refunds
a. Right of withdrawal The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, from the date of Purchase of a Product. Products which have given rise to the provision of Services, the execution of which has begun, with the Customer's agreement, before the expiry of the fourteen-day period, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
b. Cancellation of a reservation Regular course or workshop: Cancellation of a reservation must be made on our Online Site. The Client will have their account or their Course / Workshop card recredited unless the reservation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the Service. Bachelorette party or customized service: Given the costs incurred to organize the event, any cancellation less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded. For cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the event, a partial refund will be made. WeV Danse keeps 20% of the amount to cover its non-refundable costs (room rental). Cancellations made 8 days or more before the service will be fully refunded.
c. Waiting List If a Service is indicated as full, the Customer can register on a waiting list. In the event that a place becomes available, the Customer will receive an email informing them and inviting them to book the Service. The conditions for canceling the Service are the same as those stipulated in article 8.b
d. Product Refund The Customer may request a refund for a Product only for medical reasons, duly justified by a medical certificate signed by a physician. No partial Product refunds will be granted. If course credits have already been used, no refunds will be made. All refund requests must be sent by email to info@dansecabaretacademy.com. Requests made by other means will not be considered. Gift Cards can only be exchanged for Products and are not refundable in cash. Refunds will be made via the payment method used for the online purchase, or by bank transfer if payment was made by bank transfer or check.
e. Delays and technical problems Any delay by a Client to one of the Courses or Workshops will not give rise to any refund. Any technical problem encountered by a Client in transport or with their equipment (in particular an internet connection, audio or video problem) preventing them from accessing all or part of one of the Services will not give rise to any refund.
13. Customer Suitability
The Client acknowledges having read and understood all the risks associated with the Activities offered by WeV Danse. The Client is required to inform the Instructor of any pregnancy, injury, or health problem and may, in advance, contact info@dansecabaretacademy.com if they have any questions about an Activity.
15. Complaints
Any complaints from a customer should be sent to info@dansecabaretacademy.com.
